FAQs

Here are some of the most common questions we are asked about our gutter cleaning, gutter repair and gutter replacement services. Please contact us if you have any other questions whatsoever.

How often should my gutters be cleaned?

In order to prevent your gutters becoming clogged up, we recommend that gutter cleaning is carried out at least once a year, and ideally twice a year if moss and/or leaves is a big problem. If your gutters are currently leaking or overflowing whenever it rains then you should arrange for gutter cleaning as a matter of urgency.

What types of property do you clean and repair the gutters of?

We have the expertise and equipment to carry out gutter cleaning, gutter repairs and gutter replacements on all types of buildings - including homes, shops, office blocks, factories, schools, etc.

How do I know how much it is going to cost?

The price you pay will be the same as the quote we gave you before gutter cleaning, gutter repairs or gutter replacements  were carried out. We absolutely guarantee that we will not increase the price when we arrive at your property if the work to be carried out is the same as was agreed over the telephone. If it is necessary to revise the quote we will of course let you know before commencing work.

Can SureFlow clean or repair my gutters when I am not at home?

How do I pay upon completion of a job if I am not at home?
